Thamina Stoll is an Award-Winning Women’s Advancement & Diversity Advocate, B2B Marketing & Sales Expert, Podcast Host, Personal Finance Coach, Startup Advisor, Board Member, Angel Investor, Content Creator, and Speaker.

By age 28, she had generated and influenced eight figures in revenue for LinkedIn and was named the youngest Women@ LinkedIn Global Leadership Team member in company history. As Senior Client Solutions Manager, Thamina is currently advising a Fortune 30 client on marketing strategy for optimized Corporate Reputation, Employer Branding, and Customer Acquisition.

Thamina is serving as Women@ LinkedIn’s Global External Network Lead where she partners with gender equity organizations to expand the ERG’s impact externally through public speaking and programming collaborations. In 2023, Thamina spearheaded the launch of a novel global partnership between Women@ LinkedIn and LeanIn.org, enhancing professional development programs for the benefit of Women@ LinkedIn's 3,000+ members. She’s also the founder of the 700+ people strong “Women’s ERG Leaders” community on LinkedIn.

Thamina is a passionate champion for DEI and strives to continuously create opportunities for awareness, advancement, and empowerment. She leads with vulnerability and authenticity and creates and holds space for others to do the same.

Thamina is the host of the Give Her Dollars Podcast, helping women build generational wealth for themselves and other women by normalizing conversations about personal finances, investing, and venture capital. Previous esteemed guests include award-winning leaders (including Forbes 30 Under 30 & Forbes Next 1000 honorees) such as Tori Dunlap, Founder of Her First $100k, Julie Castro Abrams, Founder of How Women Lead & How Women Invest, Janvi Shah, Co-Founder of Hue, and Elizabeth Galbut, Co-Founder of SoGal.

In 2021, Thamina was diagnosed with the chronic illness lipedema and was confronted with the startling reality of premature fertility decline in her twenties the following year. These experiences catalyzed her evolution into a passionate advocate for women's health. In 2023, she parlayed her personal experiences and advocacy into a more concrete role, joining the female-founded fertility preservation start-up, Blooming Eve, as an advisor and early investor.

Thamina is also a member of the advisory board of The Fourth Effect (formerly The Fourth Floor), the leading SaaS solution diversifying boardrooms for companies of all sizes, and ACI Consulting, one of Europe’s leading diversity consulting firms. She currently serves on the DukeNY Women’s Forum Executive Committee and is a mentor and guest judge for Duke University’s Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program.

In a past life, Thamina was initially pursuing a career sports journalism. She is a trained radio reporter & host and has experience working in social media management and content creation for FC Bayern Munich, Duke Athletics, and the Bundesliga. Thamina managed FC Bayern Women’s social media strategy during the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Thamina’s work has been featured in global outlets such as Thrive Global, Create & Cultivate, Authority Magazine, Nasdaq, BlogHer, and The Bloom, as well as across several podcasts. In 2022, she was named one of Germany’s “100 Women of the Year” by FOCUS Magazine alongside the President of the European Commission, Germany’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, and the Editor in Chief of Vogue Germany. In 2023, Thamina was a finalist for the “Next Generation Leader of the Year” award by Women in IT and was recognized with a Gold Stevie Award for “Female Employee of the Year”. Thamina was honored as the world’s Number 1 “Women Future Leader Role Model” among 100 trailblazing women globally on the “HERoes Women Future Leaders Role Model List 2023” supported by YouTube.

As a DAAD Scholar, Thamina graduated cum laude and with distinction from Duke University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a focus on Women’s Studies, Policy Journalism & Media Studies, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. A German native and immigrant, Thamina has lived abroad in the United States and Ireland for almost a decade and currently resides in New York City. If she’s not sipping on her beloved matcha latte, she can probably be found networking at a female founders event.
